Monitoring & Mixing

We offer a specially designed and dedicated space for monitoring and mixing needs during the recording and production process, equipped with professional tools of the trade.

Equipment

Included in our hourly rate is access to a range of equipment; midis, keyboards, beat pads, studio monitors, condenser mic, and daw interfaces with compatible audio interface inputs (x2 inputs available). 

Acoustical Treatment

StormsClouds mobile RV studio was constructed using MLV limp membranes and sealed with aluminum taping for the most sound deadening effect as possible. And then treated with acoustical paneling and bass traps to provide a more optimal space to get cleaner recordings!

  At StormsCloud Studio we have a range of instruments available to rent as an addition to the hourly rates in order to make it as easy as possible for you to find and create with the sounds and feels that best suit your creation. And even when you may not be able to play an instrument you want in your track, we have a selection of local musicians available for consultation and hire to better bring in the resources that will support the manifestation of your creativity and get results.

We provide a custom designed recording studio space built inside a 33ft RV! With Limp Membrane Mass Loaded Vinyl walls and acoustical paneling, we managed to lower the space's average decibal reading by over a 20 decibal difference, with a custom fitted microphone set-up making even more of a difference, sound deadening entrance/exit, and meticulously sealed seaming throughout! Which means say good-bye to Loud background noises of neighbors talking, traffic growling, and dogs barking, all mostly minimized to the point that they don't interfere with your results!
